Basement - Week #3

Things are really coming along! Last week Steve completed the framing for the bathroom and new bedroom and dug and installed an egress window in the bedroom. The Plumbers also were in last week to put plumb in the shower and sink and modify some existing pipes to help with storage. After they were here, the electrician began the process of installing new lights and taking out our fuse box and replacing it with a breaker box. We hope to have some inspections done this week so drywall can be installed in the beginning of next week.

Chucklin' & Jumpin'

OK, so this has to be like the 5th time we have posted a video of Josh laughing, but we still think it is cute and this is the first time we have captured it while he is in his jumper. So then it is ok, right?

Talkin'

Joshua loves to talk! Sometimes it seems he thinks he is actually speaking English. It is so much fun to hear all of his little noises. I wish I knew what he was saying!

Basement - Week #2

Things are really moving along! Steve is doing a great job working on our basement he is starting the second week down there and it is exciting to see what all he can do in a day. Hopefully this week the plumbing, electric and an egress window will take shape.

This and That

We got a bunch of snow early this morning. It was so beautiful that I had to take some pictures! It is just like the thick heavy Michigan snow. Joshua has been eating cereal for the past couple of weeks, but today was his first taste of carrots! He seemed to like them! :)

Zoo

Joshua and I went to the Minnesota Zoo with some other mom's last week Thursday. He stayed awake for a little while, but soon fell asleep in his carrier. Oh well! It was a nice way for us to get out of the house!

Basement - Week #1
