Maze, Lamb and Projects

We went to Sever's Corn Maze today. The largest Corn Maze in the World! We had a great time. They not only have a corn maze, but lots of other activities to do! Here are the boys waiting in line to ride a camel! Actually, Josh is the only one who is really waiting. Cody and Caleb did not ride... for their own very good reasons. If you don't know them, you will have to ask! ;)

Sharing a few things that I have been up to (other than keeping up with my boys) Below is a funny picture, I know, but Rainbow was having some great deals last week. Believe it or not, I paid $5.99 for everything on the table!

The creative side of me coming out. I made a couple of fall wreaths this week. Might take a while for them to really grow on me, but I think they turned out ok.

Fire Station Open House and Apple Orchard

A couple of weeks ago the Bloomington Fire Stations had open houses. We took a walk to our nearest one, which is about 7 blocks away. It was a beautiful morning! Josh had a blast meeting the firemen, climbing in firetrucks, and even spraying the firehose!



The day before we went to the Fire Station, we took a drive to a great Apple Orchard near Minnetrista. Another beautiful day! We didn't actually get to do any apply picking, as the apples were done but we did get to enjoy other things! We had Apple Cider.....

Caleb's 1st Birthday!!!!

I just realized as I was posting the previous post that we hadn't put up any pictures of Caleb's 1st Birthday! So, here they are! Here is Caleb on his birthday!

Saturday, September 18. The family with the free cake from Byerly's and the birthday cake I made. Yes, we are sitting on plastic. The floor is prepped for the cake that will soon be on the floor and walls.

He had a great time flinging it everywhere once he discovered how to do it! Happy Birthday to you Caleb!!
